The board is pleased to announce that our next general meeting will be on February 13, 2020, at 7:00PM. We are once again being hosted by Fort Lauderdale Executive Airport in their conference room.
Conference room is located at:
6000 NW 21 AVENUE (SOUTH SIDE OF CYPRESS CREEK @ 21ST AVE)
To get there from the neighborhood, head East on Cypress Creek Road, then turn right at the 21st Avenue light. This will take you onto the airport property, the building directly at the end of the entry has the conference room in it. The best parking is located just to the right of the building in a small parking lot.
This meeting we would like to discuss and gather feedback on:
- Possible enhancements to the neighborhood street and bridge lighting
- Neighborhood social gatherings and activities
- What would you like to see as a possible HOA lead project?
- The ongoing problem of our fence being broken by the park
We also have some information about:
- New water meters that will be coming to the neighborhood with improved accuracy
- There is a new police captain for our area
- What to do about solicitors
